‘Meet me at the surfy’ original artwork

$650.00

Original artwork by Temma Lee

76.2 x 76.2 cm

Acrylic on canvas | Framed and ready to hang

This piece is a tribute to that bad taste carpet. You know the one, from your local surf club, bowlsie, or RSL. Wild patterns. Questionable colour choices.

If you didn’t grow up in QLD, “the surfy” might not mean much, but for us, it was the go-to. Our surf clubs had the pokies money, so they felt a bit like mini RSLs. Cheap drinks, chaotic carpets, and close enough to walk home without forking out for a taxi.

Back when your biggest worry was what to wear, and you were pre-drinking Passion Pop because the price was right.

Shipping and Collection:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100.

  • Local pickup and delivery: Available from the Sunshine Coast, QLD – please contact after purchase to arrange.

  • Prefer to pay on pickup? Feel free to email me and I’ll mark the artwork as sold so you can pay in person.
