This one’s a tribute to the weekend ritual: a snag in bread, a cold VB, and grubby hands fresh off the tools. There’s something about Aussie bogan culture that always draws me in - the beers, the bad taste, and the bits we all secretly love. I reckon there’s a bit of bogan in all of us. This piece also quietly nods to my mum, a proud VB purist (still makes me laugh). Thinking of turning it into a print - I reckon it’d look bloody perfect in a man cave or garage.
